I was looking at NOAA Friday and Sat. and they said it was going to be 3-5's on Sunday then down graded to 1-3's right before i left.  We got out and it was SOOOOOO smooth I rested my beer bottle on the gunnel  without fear of it falling.  It was a very nice day, the water was PERFECT.   We didnt catch much but it was a lot of fun.

They definitely need to re-re-re-evaluate their SPECULATIONS!!!   The other day they said 1-2 ft. seas and when we came back it was 4-6....Glad it worked to your advantage......

It was blowin lie crazy on the shore on Sunday...at least 20 knots.  Surf was up too.  How far out were you?  Was it calm once you braved the washing machine pass?  I cruised the intracoastal with the kids just for kicks but the water was choppy in big lagoon.  Surprised to hear any reports of calm waters offshore.
