Launched from ramp at SW end of 3-mile Thurs. (1/10) and noticed new fees posted.

$10 individual launch / $50 year pass, anyone heard if this is for repairs ?

Ramps not worth the $3 fee, which by the way is still on the envelopes !!

Thats the price for living in Gulf Breeze I guess, so how much is it at shoreline park, that is a pretty nice ramp.

Ridiculous!!!! That ramp needs dredging bad. You have to dunk your entire trailer and back tires on your truck most of the time. For that kind if money you would think they could at least put a Porta John out there. I will not be launching there at that price. I can't understand why Santa Rosa and Gulf Breeze continue to stick it to the Fisherman,Divers and Boaters.... We are there only consistent source of revenue.

I remember when the old rod and reel marina went up from $5 to $10. I asked why and they told me to weed out some of the rift raft that was using the boat ramp. Guys were coming in and out at all times of the night throwing wakes, drunk leaving trash everywhere. They said as soon as they went up on the price it cut down on a lot of there problems.

That ramp really sucks bad!! I have to back half of my truck in the water to get the boat to float.

The two ramps in question both belong to the City of Gulf Breeze. The annual pass is good at either one and after all the work that been done, I'm not surprised it took this long to jack up the prices. The thing that really pisses me off about Shoreline is that it cost more to launch if the attendant was on duty, WTF!?!??! Go over to Okoloosa county and they charge extra if you arent local, how ya like them apples!!

I could see the raise if they'd done any work to the ramp along with the parking lot. Very nice parking if you can get your boat off the trailer.

That's good news and bad news... Bad news it will cost more another 10 dollars for a year pass on the other hand GOOD news it is a much nicer facility now and maybe it won't be so crowded!!!!!!!

I'll wait till March when annual pass are available and pay my $50.  It's worth it to have access to a nice ramp (Bayfront Park).  I'll have no problem launching at least 10+ times in 12 months.  Maybe the increase will cut down on some riff raff.  Being my fishing is a father and son and sometimes entire family affair, I perfer to avoid as much riff raff as possible.

Last week when I was putting the boat on the trailer at 3 mile 2 guys and a girl pulled up , the girl jumped out real quick and started puking her guts out right in front of all of us about 3 parking spaces from the dock(40 feet from a trash can), she jumped back in and they hauled ass. So I guess if the fee was $15 to launch she probaly would have went on down to Mcdonalds instead. Now if a portion of those proceeds go into a fund to help rebuild a fishing bridge or pier in place of old 3 Thee Mile Bridge I would be more than glad to pay.

the way i see it, gulf breeze should spend 10 bucks and put up a sign at the three mile ramp that says "get ready to get wet trying to get your boat off the trailer"!  i will never ever try to lauch anything bigger than a kayak there.  don't some of these taxes help pay for public parks and boat ramps??

Ramps at Navarre,Oriole Beach , Woodlawn beach and  the one north of 98 by midway are  free.  But  if you want to  fish the 3 mile bridge  you have no option  unless you go an extra  6 miles(back and forth) and launch @ 17th.  Where  can u get the anual pass again?

I just checked on the annual pass last week.  They will be available in March.  They run from April to April.  You can get them at GB City Hall or at the attendant booth at Shoreline.  I would perfer to pay only $40, but even at $50 its a bargan.

At $10 dollars a launch, maybe Gulf Breeze will put someone at Shoreline all the time to cut down on the theft problems around there. I try not to use either one of them. Shoreline is a huge cluster %&*# most of the time. I think people use Shoreline as a training boat launch and the rude behavior is crazy.

Raising the fees WILL NOT keep the riff raff out, the same people will still use it and not pay the fee the same way they always do.

The ole' FlatsFox finds water to float just fine at 3mile launch but I can't believe they're charging to launch there...now I can't put my boat in and take it to work anymore

Personally, i think its too bad we have to drive thru gulf breeze  to get to the  Pensacola beach pier, their cops suck,  etc, etc, the only thing good in gb is gbb&t

Most places in Destin are now going to $10:00 per launch.  Shore line and 3 mile same pass.   3 mile is a VERY wet place where shore line is better. Now for all of you BASS MASTERS wana bees that gun your boats on your  trailers .  Thanks for all the shallow area past the launch ramp plus undermining the sand around the pilings.      Shoreline is not a deep rocky shore like Dale Hollow Tenn.  or other mountain lakes.
